We offer competitive salaries, excellent development opportunities, and benefits such as bonuses, employee support, and discounts. Our hybrid working model allows flexibility between office, home, and remote work, with an expectation of approximately three days per week in the workplace for collaboration.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop, implement, maintain, and improve NDE techniques and methods.
  2. Support training and coaching to ensure inspection standards are met, especially for Automated UT.
  3. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, cost, delivery, and design requirements.
Candidate Profile:
  • PCN Level 2 Ultrasonic Testing of Welds (BS EN 9712)
  • Experience in an NDE role within a similar industry
  • Ability to lead technical projects and work effectively within a team
  • Strong teamworking, coaching, and delivery skills
  • Experience in advanced UT techniques
  • PCN Level 2 or 3 in Radiography and RPS
  • PCN Level 3 Ultrasonic Testing or higher qualifications
  • PCN Level 2 or 3 in Liquid Penetrant and Magnetic Particle testing

We are committed to diversity and inclusion, fostering a respectful environment where everyone can realize their full potential. Rolls-Royce supports your application for clearance if needed.
