We are looking for a passionate and empathetic person to support the National Child Measurement Programme (NCMP). This role involves calling families who have participated in the NCMP and encouraging them to access our free healthy lifestyle programmes. You will act as a connector within the delivery team, linking families seeking support with local community services and professionals.
Salary ranges: Non-London: £25,000 to £28,000; London: £27,500 to £30,800.
Your responsibilities include contacting families to discuss their child's weight results, offering support, and promoting available services. You should adopt flexible approaches and techniques to motivate parents to utilize free services that can improve their family’s health and wellbeing. Key skills include having meaningful conversations, motivational interviewing, empathetic listening, and the courage to challenge decisions with curiosity.
