ROLE DESCRIPTION

An exciting opportunity to support the growth and development of Higher Education across NCG.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and forward-thinking Higher Education Development Manager to join our NCG Higher Education team.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the strategic development, growth and continuous improvement of Higher Education provision across our University Centres and partnership providers.

As HE Development Manager, you will provide leadership, guidance and support across NCG's Higher Education provision, ensuring high academic standards, regulatory compliance and alignment with the NCG HE Strategy.

Working collaboratively with college leaders, curriculum teams and external partners, you will lead and support curriculum development, programme approvals, quality assurance and academic governance processes. You will also contribute to student recruitment, performance monitoring, staff development and initiatives to enhance teaching, learning and the student experience.

You will play an important role in strengthening collaboration across NCG, sharing best practice and identifying opportunities for innovation, growth and continuous improvement.

We are seeking an individual with a strong understanding of the Higher Education sector, including academic quality assurance, curriculum development, regulatory requirements and excellence in teaching, learning and assessment.

You will have excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills, with the ability to build effective relationships, influence stakeholders and promote high-quality teaching, learning and assessment across our HE provision.

You will be proactive, collaborative and committed to maintaining high academic standards, supporting staff development, sharing best practice and driving continuous improvement in teaching, learning and assessment to achieve positive outcomes for students.
