Join our IT Department as a NAV Developer, where you'll play a pivotal role in application support and development for our NAV software and systems. Your expertise will drive the success of both new and existing projects, ensuring our systems operate seamlessly and evolve to meet our needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert support for our NAV system, focusing on thorough investigation and resolution of issues.
• Develop, document, write, and test new routines, ensuring system reliability and functionality.
• Assist in software upgrades and new software releases, including troubleshooting and documentation.
• Enhance system procedures to improve IT and user department efficiency and satisfaction.
• Maintain open communication with the Head of IT and collaborate with the Support Team to develop IT policies.
• Deliver weekly progress reports to ensure transparency and accountability.

The Candidate:

• NAV Development Expertise: Demonstrated experience in developing and customising Microsoft Dynamics NAV solutions. This includes a strong background in documenting, writing, and testing routines based on both formal and informal specifications.
• Technical Proficiency: Capable of assisting with system testing, managing software upgrades, and handling the pilot running of new software releases.
• Collaboration and Flexibility: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain IT policies and procedures.
• Efficient Communicator: Excellent communication skills, capable of keeping the Head of IT informed about issues and progress, as well as producing clear end-user documentation.
