Job summary

Responsibilities

• Leading and delivering innovative projects that bring together health, people and nature, embedding nature-based approaches across local and regional priorities.
• Building productive relationships with partners including NHS organisations, local authorities, voluntary sector organisations and environmental NGOs to develop shared objectives.
• Managing procurement processes and contracts to ensure value for money and governance compliance.
• Working independently to identify opportunities, develop proposals and drive delivery to successful outcomes.
• Presenting evidence, progress and recommendations to senior managers and stakeholders to support informed decisions.
• Providing expertise on urban greening and green infrastructure to promote nature's role in healthier, more resilient communities.
• Contributing to strategic programmes that improve access to nature, health and environmental sustainability across Sussex and Kent.
