KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

English Teachers at Lincoln College International play a crucial role in the growth and development of our students. You will:

  1. Deliver curriculum in person to students, with approximately 24 contact hours per week
  2. Deliver engaging learning activities that promote critical thinking and problem-solving, and encourage students to become life-long learners
  3. Develop lesson plans and learning materials
  4. Establish clear objectives for all lessons, curricular units, and projects, and communicate these objectives to the students
  5. Assess student progress and achievement in a variety of ways on a regular basis, providing reports as required
SALARY AND BENEFITS
  1. Gross salary circa SAR 18,500 / £3,950 / $4,950 per month (including housing and other allowances) TAX-FREE
  2. 30 working days annual leave + KSA national holidays
  3. End of service benefits
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

To be considered for this role, you MUST possess the following qualifications and attributes:

  1. Master's or Bachelor's degree in English, Engineering, or Education.
  2. Teaching qualification to level 4 (working towards level 5 within 2 years).
  3. Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience, with 3 years in TESL in the post-secondary sector.
  4. Experience in delivering technical English in the context of engineering and manufacturing.
  5. Using digital technologies to ensure a 3rd millennium learning environment.
  6. Proven expertise in applying experiential learning practices effectively.
  7. Strong ability in formative assessment to inform learner progress and attainment.
  8. Experience in collaboratively designing and delivering an integrated curriculum.
