JOB OVERVIEW
As our Revelyst Representative, you’ll be expected to bring your own performance to the tasks below for the following brands: Bell Powersports, Fox Racing & Camelbak.
Your role involves managing, selling to, developing, and servicing the account base nationally in the United Kingdom. You will provide information, support materials, and present and sell products to designated accounts.
This position reports to the UK and Ireland Country Manager, Robert Robinson, and requires 4 days per week on the road visiting your allocated accounts and one day working from home.
As the National UK Sales Representative, Revelyst, you will have an opportunity to:
- Optimize sales and service for Bell Powersports, Fox Racing, and Camelbak accounts through outbound selling.
- Maximize sales of all products with a focus on achieving sales goals within your assigned regions.
- Sell to the account base via “Pre Book” and “At-Once” business through customer visits, email, and phone.
- Drive revenue and adoption of current campaigns by contacting accounts.
- Establish and maintain external and internal relationships that are timely, consistent, and responsive.
- Keep your manager informed about opportunities, issues, and support needs, working together to resolve problems.
- Develop sales knowledge through communication with Accounts, Product Teams, and Sales Management.
- Stay current on product and market trends across all divisions and identify product opportunities based on inventory and regional needs.
- Increase sell-in and sell-through by preparing, planning, and delivering comprehensive seasonal merchandising presentations.
- Participate actively in sales meetings and provide feedback to the UK Country Manager.
Qualifications:
- At least three years of experience in retail, Inside Sales/Customer Service, or Field Sales.
- Powersports industry experience is essential.
- Knowledge of Powersports product lines, industry trends, and marketplace is preferred.
- Ability to create, plan, and deliver dealer presentations.
- Competence in understanding and using financial data for decision-making.
- Experience in delivering high levels of customer service.
- Ability to handle multiple projects independently.
- Proven negotiation and influencing skills.
- Result-oriented with a successful track record.
- Strong communication skills for interfacing at all business levels via phone, email, and in person.
- Familiarity with sales processes, procedures, and policies.
- Experience collaborating with various business partners on projects.
- Ability to analyze business issues and develop creative solutions.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word).
- Willingness to travel up to 80%, including overnight stays.
