Logistics UK is seeking an experienced National Training Instructor to deliver industry-leading transport training across the UK. If you hold a Transport Manager CPC and enjoy engaging learners, you could help our learners succeed.

This field-based role involves regular travel and delivering high-quality courses that keep transport professionals compliant, capable, and safe. Join our Training Team to shape the industry's knowledge and standards.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Transport Manager CPC qualification.
• Experience delivering Transport Manager CPC (City & Guilds) qualifications.
• Strong knowledge of transport legislation and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage diverse audiences.
• High levels of numeracy, literacy, and attention to detail.
• Strong planning and organisational abilities.
• A passion for continuous learning and professional development.
• A customer-focused approach and the ability to adapt your style to different learners.
• A proven ability to learn quickly and support others in achieving their development goals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Transport Manager CPC and other transport compliance training courses to delegates across the UK.
• Provide an exceptional learning experience, tailoring training to meet customer and learner needs.
• Support the design and development of course materials and learning content.
• Assist in identifying training requirements within the transport sector.
• Build strong relationships with customers and delegates, ensuring excellent service throughout.
• Identify potential business opportunities and contribute to achieving commercial objectives.
• Stay up to date with transport legislation and industry developments to ensure training remains relevant and engaging.
