• Expérience d'au moins un an avec PTV ou logiciel similaire.
• Capacité à générer des rapports Excel significatifs.

Job description

Copart is currently recruiting a National Transport Planner to work as part of our team, based at our office in Bedford.

The National Transport Planner is responsible for managing the efficient and effective day-to-day routing of all Copart’s collections, deliveries, and returns for the entire national fleet of Transporters and the network of sub-contractors.

You will review and improve fleet productivity at optimal costs, ensuring all customer SLA’s are met or exceeded, while maintaining high standards of customer service for both external and internal clients.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Schedule cost-effective daily routes using PTV Route Optimiser.
• Create reports to analyze and improve collection and delivery performance and productivity.
• Maintain routing software settings for optimal performance.
• Achieve and surpass internal KPI targets.
• Engage with subcontractors and yards to sustain performance levels.
• Provide monthly reports on MPM, fleet productivity, driver & sub-haul usage, and costs.

Essential Attributes

• Experience in route planning with routing software.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to generate meaningful Excel reports.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding KPI targets.
• Innovative in improving route scheduling processes.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office suite.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Experience in the vehicle recovery industry.
• Knowledge of Apex Rescue and Recovery platform.
• CPC qualification.
• At least one year of experience with PTV or similar software in a multi-site operation.
