Job summary

Plexal is seeking a National Security Innovation Consultant to drive innovation projects and work with our consulting team on cross-competency assignments. The role emphasizes hypothesis testing, research and delivering evidence-based guidance to a diverse client base including startups, government and academia.

The successful candidate will design experiments, analyze data, and contribute to high-impact client deliverables while collaborating across Plexal sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Strong analytical and communication skills essential.
• Experience with hypotheses testing methodologies.
• Ability to design experiments and translate results into client guidance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Plexal-led innovation projects and collaborate with the consulting team.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative research on emerging technologies and innovation themes.
• Engage with startups, scaleups, corporations, government, and academia to inform strategies.
• Create high-impact deliverables such as reports and presentations for clients.
• Lead client engagements and develop bespoke proposals for National Security needs.
