Job summary

Babcock seeks a Business Information Analyst in Hawthorn, Corsham, Wiltshire, with hybrid working. You will shape critical information supporting the UK's military satellite communications capability, delivering reporting, analysis and supporting decision-making within a collaborative team.

The role offers 37 hours per week, with on-site presence 2-3 days weekly due to secure reporting needs. Security clearance is required, and a generous benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience analysing information and producing accurate reports.
• A collaborative approach with strong attention to detail and problem-solving capability.

Responsibilities

• Produce weekly and monthly capacity reports using forecast and snapshot data.
• Analyse key performance information and identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with Capacity Managers, Network Planners, Service Managers and customer stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting.
• Support the Principal Business Analyst and provide cover where required.
• Improve reporting processes and contribute ideas that enhance efficiency and business performance.
