Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Management Consulting Manager for National Security to lead transformation projects across high‑impact clients. You will drive growth of the National Security practice, manage senior stakeholder relationships and serve as the client-facing lead on engagements.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of consulting experience within a consultancy firm.
• Mandatory DV Clearance (active DV clearance required)
• Experience leading complex National Security engagements
• Ability to operate across proposal through delivery lifecycle
• Proven track record of client relationship management
• Experience working with senior stakeholders
• Experience in delivering transformation projects

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation projects across National Security clients
• Drive growth of consulting capabilities in the National Security practice
• Be the face of Accenture to the client in engagements, advising and coaching
• Develop in-depth understanding of client business and drive issue-based discussions
• Cultivate trust-based client relationships
• Apply problem-solving and data-driven insights to deliver results
• Provide specialist advice and collaborate with client leads and teams to deliver outcomes
• Contribute to business development and proposals to win new work
• Act as a career coach for team members and mentor junior staff
