Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Management Consultant for National Security in London with 2-5 years of consulting experience. The role involves leading transformation projects, advising senior stakeholders, and delivering data-driven outcomes across national security engagements. DV clearance is required.

The team is part of the Public Sector Strategy & Consulting practice with global training and client exposure. The role offers flexibility (full-time or part-time) and onsite collaboration with clients

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1-2 years’ consulting experience in a National Security environment.
• Analytical problem-solving skills and continuous improvement techniques.
• Strategic thinking skills and the ability to bring insight to complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Work on transformation projects across our National Security clients.
• Be the face of Accenture to the client in engagements, advising, challenge and coaching as needed.
• Develop detailed understanding of client’s business and drive issue-based discussions grounded in a clear understanding of client challenges and barriers.
• Cultivate trust-based client relationships.
• Identify and address client business issues through root cause analysis and by applying pragmatic, results-driven problem-solving techniques and creative insights.
• Use a human-centred approach to solve problems, frame opportunities, and achieve innovation through collaboration and co-creation.
• Own streams of complex work that meets client expectations on delivering value-centric, data-driven outcomes.
• Provide specialist advice and work closely with client leads and team members to successfully deliver project outcomes
