Operating across the UK & Ireland, you will drive sales and volume with support from our established logistics network, developing diverse business offerings for third-party clients managing large parcel fulfillment and delivery.

We have an ambitious growth strategy supported by a globally agile infrastructure, allowing rapid expansion with your skills, focus, and resilience.

Primary Focus

  1. Identify and create new business opportunities to grow our UK & Ireland delivery services market presence.
  2. Develop strong business partnerships by understanding client needs and translating them into tailored service proposals.
  3. Negotiate agreements to establish business partnerships aligned with sales targets and strategy.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance business infrastructure.
  5. Travel to trade shows and client locations to increase brand awareness and networking opportunities.

Ideal Candidate

  • Proven success in a direct sales role, managing the full sales cycle, preferably in logistics, distribution, or supply chain sectors.
  • Entrepreneurial, forward-thinking, and tactically minded.
  • Skilled in creating and managing sales opportunities.
  • Excellent communicator, capable of nurturing professional partnerships.
  • Commercially savvy with strong negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Proficient in IT systems, including Google and Microsoft Suite.
  • Valid UK driving license.
