Area to be covered: National

Remuneration: £60,000 - £65,000 negotiable depending on experience + 10% bonus

The role of the National Sales Manager – Automatic Doors will involve:

* National Sales Manager position selling a high quality manufactured range of automatic door & security systems

* All of your time will be spent managing and developing a team of 6 Business Development Managers

* Working in a buddy system with a dedicated specification sales team

* The role will be national however based from home

* Implement the company’s strategic sales plans

* Hitting and increasing a team target of circa £5.5m

The ideal applicant will be a National Sales Manager – Automatic Doors with:

* Must have field sales experience in the construction industry

* Ideally have people management experience

* Open on what you’ve sold if you’ve a strong people manager

* Would consider senior sales professionals from an aligned industry for example: doors, automatic doors, security, barriers, lifts etc

* Ideally have main contractors relationships / experience

* Must be able to motivate and develop people

* Hungry, go-getter with a dynamic personality
