In line with their strategic expansion, they are seeking a seasoned National Sales Manager with expertise in antibody sales to spearhead growth into new markets, including goat, sheep, mouse antibodies/antisera, and explore ventures into monoclonal and recombinant antibodies.

Focus:

• Drive the development and sales of rabbit polyclonal and other animal-derived antibodies/antisera, ensuring the company’s transformation into a top-tier manufacturing facility.
• Expand the company’s market presence into adjacent sectors such as mouse ascites, and potentially monoclonal and recombinant antibodies, by leveraging existing capabilities and exploring new business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors to ensure alignment with industry needs and trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D and business development, to strategize and implement growth initiatives effectively.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies that keep the company at the competitive forefront of the antibody market.

Skill Set:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a closely related field, with a strong scientific understanding preferable.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, specifically with rabbit polyclonal antibodies or related products.
• Proven track record of leading sales teams and successfully meeting or exceeding sales targets in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
