Sales Manager is responsible for developing and managing distributor channels within the region. Individual will possess sales capabilities and will be responsible for increasing our current market share.
Role & ResponsibilitySales Management:
- Establish strategic initiatives for large high-value client relationships.
- Prospecting, building a pipeline, moving opportunities through the sales cycle; proposing, presenting and discussing solutions with key decision-makers
- Maintaining a first hand knowledge of the business profile of key accounts and major customers and distributors. Maintain contact with “key” people.
- Successful achievement of pre-agreed quotas using consultative enterprise/solution selling techniques
- Successful track record in achieving and exceeding sales/prospecting quotas on a regular basis
- Effectively managing client relationships.
- Development and understanding of the financial solutions and knowledge to communicate effectively appropriate solutions to current and potential customers.
- Ability to work in a broadly defined team, leveraging resources from across the company including Services, Sales Engineering, and Customer Support.
- Gather Market Intelligence, defining and recommending market opportunities by product line, market segment and geographical area
- Communicate to peers and management clearly and in a timely manner on sales activities.
- Exemplary high standards of customer service, honesty, integrity
- Initiate. Identify, address and resolve day to day issues and challenges.
- Ensure that sales prices and margins are kept within set limits of the Business Units.
Job Requirement- Education & Qualification:Business Administration - Masters Degree /Allow Equivalent.
- Experience:10>15 years
- Travel Standard: 10 - 24 %
