National Sales Manager

Are you an experienced sales manager with a strong background in window and door hardware? If so, are you ready to join a UK-leading window and door hardware distributor? Our client is an independently owned hardware distributor with over 70 years of successful trading. They are seeking an experienced Sales Manager in the window and door hardware industry who can build, coach, and manage a team of sales professionals.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Seek out major clients and forge strong working relationships while exploring new opportunities.
2. Devise, develop, and execute sales strategies.
3. Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals.
4. Ensure the team maintains a strong and consistent revenue stream, track progress, and ensure successful closing of sales.
5. Support Regional Sales Managers on sales calls and client meetings for larger accounts to strengthen key customer relationships.

Candidate Skills & Experience:

• Proven success in sales leadership, preferably in the window, door, or construction hardware sector.
• Exceptional people management skills—ability to motivate, coach, and develop a winning team.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
• A passion for innovation and a keen eye for market opportunities.
