Job Purpose
Responsible for maximising the company's profitability and business development Nationally, in line with the overall budget and the sales targets set and agreed. Focussed on the Domestic wholesale market - targeting tile shops and showrooms. With a focus on 10mm (tiling) but also access to 20mm (paving) product portfolio. Motivate and drive a sales team to deliver outstanding customer service and excellent profitable returns to the business.
