Requirements:

  • Proven success in B2B sales, preferably in recruitment, RPO, or BPO
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in new market development
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong understanding of process outsourcing and workforce solutions
  • Ability to work independently and drive initiatives from concept to execution
  • Willingness to travel as needed within the UK
  • Fluent English (additional languages a plus)
