Job Description

  • Responsible for the overall sales execution, planning, forecasting, and growth.
  • Build strong customer relationships and strategic partnerships to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed budget sales and gross margin targets with customers.
  • Ensure all reports, plans, forecasts, and administrative requirements are completed accurately and in a timely manner, meeting all reporting deadlines set by senior management.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product management.
  • Manage, mentor, develop, and coach sales team members.
  • Assist and provide guidance to sales team members on engaging with key decision-makers at customers, helping to navigate sales, account management, and business development processes, and removing roadblocks.
  • Communicate the strategic plan effectively with all key stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Plan customer-facing activities and call cycles efficiently to maximize time management, and diligently complete call reports on CRM.
  • Provide regular and relevant feedback on market conditions, competitor activities, and progress towards business objectives.
  • Attend industry trade shows, conferences, customer events, and related activities.
  • Analyze the current market position, including strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT analysis).
