Job Description
- Responsible for the overall sales execution, planning, forecasting, and growth.
- Build strong customer relationships and strategic partnerships to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
- Achieve and exceed budget sales and gross margin targets with customers.
- Ensure all reports, plans, forecasts, and administrative requirements are completed accurately and in a timely manner, meeting all reporting deadlines set by senior management.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product management.
- Manage, mentor, develop, and coach sales team members.
- Assist and provide guidance to sales team members on engaging with key decision-makers at customers, helping to navigate sales, account management, and business development processes, and removing roadblocks.
- Communicate the strategic plan effectively with all key stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Plan customer-facing activities and call cycles efficiently to maximize time management, and diligently complete call reports on CRM.
- Provide regular and relevant feedback on market conditions, competitor activities, and progress towards business objectives.
- Attend industry trade shows, conferences, customer events, and related activities.
- Analyze the current market position, including strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT analysis).
