Job summary

Alexander James Recruiting Ltd is working with a well-established supplier of warehouse and office space solutions to hire a Project Manager for projects across Yorkshire and the UK. You will manage diverse projects, produce CAD installation drawings, liaise with clients and subcontractors, and travel to sites several times per week.

Qualifications

• Experience of project management within racking, mezzanine, partitioning or related industries.
• Basic understanding of AutoCAD to create installation drawings.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to customer sites and depots.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects of various sizes and values to fit customers’ requirements across Yorkshire and nationally.
• Follow up on in-bound leads from existing and new clients.
• Create project plans and liaise with clients throughout the project duration.
• Oversee cost management and coordinate with Installations team for efficient completion.
• Carry out site surveys and produce installation drawings using CAD.
