Daikin Applied is seeking a National Parts Sales Manager who will develop and execute the Aftermarket Parts sales strategy. This individual will work closely with customers across all channels to develop products, programs and pricing initiatives to drive value and meet their needs. What you will do:



  • Responsible for the development and execution of the Aftermarket Parts Solutions sales strategy

  • Lead and develop Product Specialists and Regional Parts Sales Managers, fostering a culture of excellence to deliver an unrivaled customer experience every day

  • Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to establish and execute strategic goals for sales growth, product expansion, and profitability

  • Create proposals for products, pricing, and programs that align with business unit initiatives and drive sales growth by leveraging customer feedback, market trends, and voice of customer insights

  • Partner with Parts leadership, Finance, and Regional Parts Sales Managers to create region and account-specific sales plans

  • Monitor and track the sales team's performance, manage regular status meetings, and take necessary actions to achieve sales plans, including creating and managing sales bridges to achieve the plan

  • Develop the marketing strategy with corporate marketing and parts operations, including leveraging partnerships with product suppliers, to maximize campaign visibility across Distribution, Service, and Store channels

  • Leverage data analytics to evaluate the installed base, identify market potential, and uncover opportunities for product growth and enhanced customer engagement

  • Use insights to inform strategic decisions, drive targeted initiatives, and measure performance against objectives

  • Continuously assess and improve internal processes, tools, and workflows to optimize team efficiency, reduce time-to-market, and enhance the overall customer experience

  • Analyze market potential data to identify underperforming market segments and develop growth strategies (new parts stores, distributor improvement plans, M&A)

  • Perform other related duties as assigned or requested

Minimum Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's Degree in Technical, Scientific, Engineering or business-related field

  • 8+ years experience in Sales, people leadership experience, and other relevant experience

  • Ability to travel to Daikin's key sites throughout the United States and Mexico. Travel up to 30%

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and present actionable insights

  • Excellent communication skills, including training and mentoring capabilities

  • Ability to manage complex projects and drive continuous improvement initiatives

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively

  • Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position

  • HVAC industry experience

The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $100,800- $158,800 + up to 20% bonus in MN. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
