National Market Access Manager – UK & Ireland

Your new role

As the National Market Access Manager (NMAM) for the UK & Ireland, you will play a pivotal role in increasing patient access to Lundbeck's strategic brands. You will support cross-functional brand teams, Local Access Leads, and Sales in creating patient access strategies and value messaging materials for payers and other key decision-makers. This includes developing novel patient access strategies and fostering collaborative partnerships with the NHS for service improvement. Your work will be instrumental in ensuring patients receive timely and effective treatments, especially as Lundbeck's pipeline evolves into neuro-rare areas.

You will join the Market Access team, reporting to the Head of Market Access – UK & Ireland. Our office is located in Watford, UK. Our team is characterized by a culture of curiosity, adaptability, and accountability. We collaborate across functions, encouraging an entrepreneurial mindset where employees are empowered to take educated risks that could lead to significant breakthroughs.

What you bring to the team

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Experience in local and regional patient access, including formulary, pathway, and guideline development.
  • Marketing and sales experience, particularly in commercial roles and payer marketing.
  • Experience working with agencies to develop materials and value propositions.
  • Familiarity with Veeva PromoMats, originating materials, and material certification.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant codes and experience in initiating and managing complex projects compliantly.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed organization and manage multiple priorities.
  • High degree of emotional intelligence and the ability to communicate at different levels.
  • Demonstrates curiosity, adaptability, and accountability in all aspects of the role.
