  • Lead your talented squad of Managers with confidence, coaching, developing, and elevating them to new heights.
  • Hold the P&L in a vice grip. Smart, agile, and with a radar always on for risk and opportunity.
  • Partner with our People Business Partner to execute a people strategy, focused on engagement, development, succession, and making this a place where talent sticks.
  • Ensure rock-solid consistency and exceptional service delivery across every service stream and site.
  • Work as a critical voice at the leadership table, influencing strategy, collaborating cross-functionally, and delivering shared wins.

Who You Are:
  • A experience senior operator who’s no stranger to TFM leadership across complex, geographically spread portfolios.
  • A hands-on visionary, you can zoom out to set strategy, and zoom in when excellence is on the line.
  • A people champion, you coach, stretch, and inspire.
  • Commercially astute with razor-sharp P&L instincts.
  • Comfortable driving transformational change and building powerful, long-term client relationships.
  • Ideally, you’ve got experience in food-led services
  • You bring energy, resilience, a sense of humour and an uncompromising drive to make things better.
  • A passion for service excellence and a curious mind.
  • You bring innovation to the table then follow through with impact.
  • Your leadership style blends accountability with humanity - because that’s how high-performing teams thrive.
