Job summary

Bauer Media Outdoor, a leading UK Out of Home media owner, is hiring a National Inventory Manager. You will own inventory strategy, planning and performance across our national operation, forecasting demand, managing stock levels and driving cost efficiency.

You will collaborate with Operations, Construction, Procurement and Supply Chain teams to optimise inventory processes across locations and with third‑party suppliers.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in inventory management or supply chain leadership.
• Strong understanding of forecasting, stock optimisation and KPI tracking.
• Experience with ERP, SAP, MRP or similar systems.
• Commercial awareness and ability to manage costs and working capital.

Responsibilities

• Lead demand forecasting and inventory planning across the business.
• Develop and optimise inventory strategies including reorder points and safety stock.
• Own stock visibility and governance using ERP and inventory tools.
• Manage inventory costs and reduce excess stock while maintaining service levels.
• Oversee supplier and third‑party stock arrangements and obsolescence risk.
• Establish robust stock control procedures across locations and contractors.
• Lead annual stock takes and regular audits with governance.
