Job summary

SRS Recruitment Solutions is seeking a National Height Safety Specialist to lead the introduction of fall protection products in the UK market. You will oversee customer development, specification interpretation and end-user engagements across construction, utilities, rail and related sectors.

The role requires a technical background, strong commercial acumen and the willingness to travel extensively within the UK and occasionally Europe. Salary and benefits reflect seniority and market norms.

Qualifications

• Technical qualification or technical background with ability to interpret specifications, drawings and product requirements.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the UK and occasionally within Europe.

Responsibilities

• New and existing customer development & specification interpretation in the UK fall protection market.
• Identify suitable product range, advise on new products and drive end-user conversions.
• Deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations and training.
• Support customers with compliant fall protection solutions and UK legislation guidance.
• Build relationships with PPE distributors, safety specialists, contractors and end users.
