Role: National Head of Sales
Reports To: Managing Director
Base: Field based with HQ visits and client meetings
Benefits: Up to £50,000 p.a. plus a performance related bonus (TBC), company car, laptop and mobile phone
The National Head of Sales is a pivotal role within Venners Business Development Team.
You will work closely with your team to develop, coach and inspire them to high performance. You will have overall responsibility for the delivery of the Sales Strategy. Building long-lasting and professional working relationships with internal and external customers will be a key element of the role.
Ideally, you will have a background in servicing the hospitality sector and be able to demonstrate your ability to network. A proven track record of winning national-based accounts is essential.
