As Group Head of Operations, you will lead the strategic development and delivery of operational activity across the organisation, driving a person-centred approach while ensuring resilience, regulatory compliance, and financial sustainability across our UK-wide services. You will work closely with the Group Deputy CEO, Heads of Operations, and Senior Leadership Team to ensure services align with our core values and deliver high-quality care.

What You'll Do

• Lead and inspire operational teams to drive excellence, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and execute strategic plans, ensuring alignment with the Group's vision and values.
• Enhance service performance, ensuring compliance with regulatory, contractual, and financial requirements.
• Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Local Authorities, regulators, and commissioners.
• Oversee operational budgets, providing strategic analysis and board-level reporting.
• Champion a person-centred approach to service delivery, ensuring the best outcomes for the people we support.
• Promote collaboration across teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and resilience.
