Foundation Personnel Limited is seeking an experienced National Grid Competent Person who can also carry out Traffic Marshall/Gateman duties for a Utilities project in Watford. This dual role is on a 3-year assignment with a rate of £340 per shift.

The candidate must hold EUSR National Grid and NSI tickets, CPCS A73, and have prior Traffic Marshall experience on major infrastructure sites. Duties include safety briefings, area control, vehicle movements, and ensuring safe access around live

Qualifications

• Experience as a National Grid Competent Person.
• Experience as Traffic Marshall/Gateman.
• Utilities or major infrastructure project background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and follow safety documents and permits.
• Control work areas and ensure safe limits.
• Brief workforce on hazards and access arrangements.
• Maintain pedestrian and vehicle segregation on site.
• Direct vehicle and plant movements safely.
