Job summary

Fleet Procure Ltd is seeking a National Fleet & Leasing Manager to develop and manage relationships with UK automotive brands and FN50 leasing companies. You will work with the NF&L Manager to expand our client base, understand client requirements, and drive value through the Fleet Procure platform.

The role requires extensive travel for industry events, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to lead presentations and demonstrations to senior stakeholders across the country.

Qualifications

• 5+ years automotive fleet experience with FN20 leasing company or OEM at regional/national level.
• Proven ability to develop key partner/vendor relationships.
• Ability topresent to key decision-makers and showcase solutions.
• Experience in analysing sales figures and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with major UK automotive fleet and leasing clients.

About the Company

Fleet Procure provides a multitude of e-procurement solutions to the automotive fleet and leasing industry. The past three years has seen 80-90% growth year-on-year with the solutions branching out from being originally a predominately Leasing Broker and Dealer proposition, to being a solution for automotive OEM’s and FN50 leasing companies.

About the Role

This is a full-time role for a National Fleet & Leasing Manager, working closely with the existing NF&L Manager, developing and managing relationships with UK Automotive brands and FN50 leasing companies.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the development and management of major clients in the UK Automotive fleet and leasing industry.
• Establish and maintain long-term client relationships, deeply understand client needs, and provide solutions via the Fleet Procure platform.
• Breaking down walls to get in front of key decision-makers to showcase our product solutions.
• Prepare and execute presentations and product demonstrations
• Analyse order and delivery data to produce and understand reports.
• Assist organising and hosting customer events throughout the year.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years automotive fleet experience working directly for a major FN20 leasing company or automotive vehicle brand (OEM) at a regional or national level
• Experience in managing and developing key partner and vendor relationships
• Ability to get in front of key decision-makers to showcase our product solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to analyse sales figures, produce and understand reports.
• Relevant skills include strong analytical abilities, proficiency with reporting and management software, attention to detail, and data-driven decision-making.
• Highly motivated with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across internal teams and external partners.
• Ability for flexible working conditions to fit around industry events which could involve overnight stays across the country.
• Valid UK driving license with less than 6 penalty points.

• Competitive basic salary of £65,000 per annum, negotiable depending on experience.
