Job summary

Aldi is hiring a Finance Analyst to join the National Finance & Administration team. You will partner with stakeholders to validate financial impact of strategic initiatives, using data-driven insight to deliver P&L benefits and support efficiency and growth.

The role requires strong Excel skills, stakeholder management, and experience in financial data analysis within a busy department. Hybrid working with some remote days is available.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Analyst to join our dynamic National Finance & Administration team. As part of the Cost Leadership Reset (CLR) team, you’ll play a key role in driving business performance by partnering with stakeholders to validate the financial impact of strategic initiatives. Using data-driven insight, you’ll ensure proposed savings and improvements deliver genuine P&L benefits, helping Aldi maintain its commitment to efficiency, growth, and long-term success.

Your New Role

• Selection and utilisation of financial information and systems
• Application of relevant financial tools and methodologies (Cost drivers / P&L impact assessment)
• The identification of appropriate success measures to enable a decision to be made
• Presentation of this financial information back to both financially and non-financially minded stakeholders

About You

• Financial data analysis experience
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience with business stakeholder management
• Experience working in a busy department managing multiple work streams
• Experience of creating and implementing processes and change
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Understanding complex requirements and assisting with creative solutions
• Exceptional attention to detail when handling business critical information
• Working knowledge of SAP is advantageous

What You’ll get in Return

• Salary from £48,225 rising to £52,930
• 12 month fixed term contract
• Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm, with the opportunity of 2 days a week remote working
