About the Position
Reporting directly to the CEO, the National Sales Manager will hold the overall responsibility for managing sales of the Company's product portfolio in the UK and achieving sales targets in line with the UK Sales and Marketing strategy.
With 9 direct reports based across all areas of the UK, the National Sales Manager is responsible for leading, motivating and developing the Elemental Territory Managers in support of their achievement of the overall strategic business plan.
In addition, the National Sales Manager will be responsible for nurturing and developing close working relationships with key suppliers to continue market share growth across product portfolios.
The role will be home based, with a requirement for travel 2-3 days per week to spend time managing and supporting territory managers, as well as attending customer and supplier meetings.
