Role of National Field Manager:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic National Field Manager to lead a team of 10 field-based Brand Activation Managers supporting one of the world's biggest companies in launching their exciting new Oral Nicotine brand. This role involves translating client directives into actions and deliverables, managing daily operations, ensuring team performance, and maintaining a strong relationship with our client to align with their strategic objectives.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Spending adequate time in the field with your team, coaching, developing, and training them in key aspects of their roles.
  • Delivering operational and sales performance.
  • Client engagement.
  • Internal stakeholder and market engagement.

About You:

  • Proven track record of coaching, developing, and mentoring a field-based team to meet objectives and targets.
  • Experience managing relationships with key accounts.
  • Excitement about working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Great team player with the ability to motivate and inspire, with an outgoing and approachable personality.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Full driving license required.

What We Offer:

  • Base salary up to: £50,000.
  • Commission up to: £10,000.
