The Metropolitan Police Service is looking for a National Estates Strategic Delivery Manager to engage and coordinate across the Counter Terrorism network. This role focuses on the efficient management of national estates and requires strong stakeholder engagement and project management skills.
Salary: The starting salary is £47,060, which includes allowances totalling £2,928.
The salary is broken down as £44,132 basic salary, which will increase annually until you reach the top of the scale £52,652. Plus, a location allowance of £1,928 and a non-pensionable allowance of £1,000.

Job Summary
The National Estates Strategic Delivery Manager is an engagement & coordination role that operates across the Counter Terrorism network, continuing to establish and embed this relatively new function across the organisation. Counter Terrorism Police buildings are owned and managed by other Forces and not by Counter Terrorism Policing (CTP), however the operational & financial efficiency and workplace experience are defined by CTP. This role will work with a network of regional experts, enabling delivery of regional estate strategies that support the objectives of the National Estates Strategy and national performance reporting.
