Job summary

London Ambulance NHS Trust seeks an Education Governance Manager to lead governance and quality assurance across pre-hospital education programmes. You will implement robust QA frameworks, oversee educational governance, support curriculum development, and drive continuous improvement with national stakeholders to raise standards and reduce variation in practice.

Qualifications

• Level 4 Internal Quality Assurance qualification and relevant experience.
• Evidence of continuous personal and career development.
• Clinical Qualification or relevant experience of working within EPRR.
• Full driving license, including C1, valid in the UK and no more than 3 penalty points.
• EPRR instructor.

Responsibilities

• Develop governance for NHS R ECU Education and Standards activity and services.
• Monitor and support continual review and improvement of all materials, courses, procedures and systems.
• Develop and lead on Quality Assurance and Assessment program.
• Promote change and improve national procedures to reduce clinical risk.
• Mentor teaching staff and contribute to education development courses.
• Lead governance committees and maintain oversight of the local risk register.
• Address delays in governance remit and update policies and procedures.
