What you'll be doing

  • Own and deliver eCommerce financial targets for the Karo portfolio, excluding Amazon.
  • Drive high-impact partnerships with key customer stakeholders across functions (buying, category management, supply chain).
  • Lead content excellence, ensuring rapid adoption of A+ content, SEO optimization, ratings and reviews, and best-in-class digital shelf execution.
  • Secure new listings and drive innovation adoption across pure-play eRetailers.
  • Open new doors, build and manage partnerships with new ePharmacy and pure-play customers to boost digital performance.
  • Manage core platforms (e.g. PIM, Brandbank, and tracking tools) to enhance visibility, conversion, and internal digital shelf understanding.
  • Lead and evaluate media and promotional activities to maximize ROI.
  • Own the full P&L delivery, from net sales to gross profit, aligned with annual targets.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and company standards.

Requirements

Must-haves:

  • Degree educated
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on eCommerce experience in FMCG or fast-moving sectors
  • Proven ability to grow sales through digital channels and eCommerce levers
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Solid understanding of P&L dynamics and how to influence them
  • Comfortable with category analysis and commercial insights
  • Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience in the Health and Beauty Care sector
  • Exposure to traditional retail account management (Grocery, High Street, Pharmacy, Discounters)
