Job summary

NHS Scotland is recruiting a Digital and Data Transformation Lead to drive national programmes that build digital, data and leadership capability across Scotland’s health and social care system. You will equip the workforce, organisations and leaders to realise opportunities presented by digital and AI-enabled technologies.

Qualifications

• Experience leading digital data workforce development programmes.
• Strong leadership and partnership building skills.
• Ability to design and deliver learning initiatives at scale.
• Knowledge of health and social care systems desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead key elements within a national programme to build digital, data and leadership capability.
• Develop workforce digital capability in collaboration with partners and stakeholders.
• Measure impact, outcomes and continuous improvement across national initiatives.
• Build partnerships with Scottish Government, COSLA and NHS Boards to drive transformation.
