Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee nationwide delivery operations at 50+ locations
  • Develop strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with fleet, HR, sales, and customer service departments
  • Manage and mentor regional delivery managers and operational teams
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Set transport compliance standards across delivery points
  • Support site management and driver management best practices
  • Manage logistics budget
  • Address delivery issues and delays
  • Continuously improve delivery processes
Ideal Candidate

Proven logistics management experience at a national level, CPC certification, experience with HIAB, Moffetts, and cranes is advantageous. Strong leadership, strategic planning, problem-solving, health and safety knowledge, and excellent communication skills are essential.
