Sustrans is the charity making it easier for people to walk, wheel and cycle.

We connect people and places, create liveable neighbourhoods, transform the school run, and deliver a happier, healthier commute.

The National Cycle Network is the people’s Network, providing healthy, sustainable travel options for millions annually. It connects communities, benefits economies, and opens doors to explore towns, cities, and countryside.

Less than half of the 12,000 miles of the Network are traffic-free. Traffic-free paths are key to realizing the Network’s full potential, offering routes separated from traffic and rich in nature, benefiting health, environment, and communities. Building more traffic-free paths is a priority, and we aim to double the current mileage.

We’re seeking inspiring and motivated individuals to help expand traffic-free paths.

About the role

You will join a passionate team of fundraisers, helping raise our profile and inspire new donors to support our mission to make walking, wheeling, and cycling easier.

Training will be provided to ensure you are confident and prepared to approach people on the Network.
