Job description

Chase Taylor Recruitment are excited to be working with a successful and well-established family run fenestration company who is currently recruiting for a National Contracts Manager to join the business to develop and grow its entire installation and survey capabilities.

Our client is a long-established, privately owned manufacturing business supplying products to the residential home improvement market across England and Wales. With a strong reputation for quality and customer service, the company has recently transitioned into a more comprehensive service offering, incorporating both product supply and national installation through a growing network of approved partners.

The role responsibilities:
  • Managing national contracts and ensuring a customer-focused, efficient operation
  • Overseeing on-site survey, installation, support engineering, technical survey, and customer services
  • Leading product development to align with market trends
  • Growing and enforcing SOPs across the Approved Installer Network
  • Scaling the network to match volume and geography

This is a strategic and operational leadership role that impacts every aspect of project delivery.

The candidates’ skill & experience:
  • Extensive technical knowledge of domestic construction, conservatories, or modular extensions
  • A deep understanding of building regulations and planning requirements in England & Wales
  • Hands-on experience managing sub-contractors/trades installers across multiple sites
  • Strong system/process orientation for managing orders from sale to completion
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Natural leadership: able to motivate teams and manage external installers
  • Willingness to travel regularly across England and Wales

While industry-specific experience is advantageous, candidates from house building or surveying backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply.
