Job summary

Progress Sales Recruitment is recruiting a Clinical Strategy Manager – Tissue Viability for a national, field-based role. The post seeks a senior clinician to influence NHS priorities, education and innovation at scale while retaining clinical expertise.

The successful candidate will engage with NHS stakeholders, tissue viability networks and leadership teams, shaping education, product evaluation and strategic development across the UK.

Qualifications

• Significant senior specialist experience in tissue viability or complex wound care.
• Experience at NHS Band 8 level or above.
• At least five years of relevant experience.
• Post-registration qualification in tissue viability, wound care or related speciality is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver advanced education programmes, workshops and clinical training.
• Lead clinical governance around product evaluations and evidence generation.
• Develop robust educational resources and materials.
• Influence portfolio strategy using clinical insight.
• Lead and chair the Clinical Advisory Board and engage with stakeholders.
