National Business Development Manager

Salary: 50K – 60K + commission + car or allowance

A very exciting new opportunity for a highly strategic hunter with a company that transforms parking operations with smart, fully integrated technology solutions. By combining in-house hardware and software development, they offer complete visibility and control over parking sites—improving efficiency, reducing costs, and increasing revenue.

Their data-driven platform helps landlords and operators make informed decisions, enhance the customer experience, and maximise the value of their assets. With a proven track record across the UK, they deliver tailored, scalable solutions quickly and effectively—setting a new standard for modern parking management.

Their target sectors are essentially anywhere with parking but for the most part it’s:

  • Retail Parks
  • Leisure and Hospitality
  • Education
  • Commercial landowners and managing agents

The role involves managing the whole sales cycle, from the initial lead generation to securing the business and requires a self-starter who can work autonomously in a remote, field-based environment. This is a national role, and would require travel to deliver client presentations etc.

The ideal candidate has multi-sector experience and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets in a B2B environment. Candidates with experience selling into commercial landowners and managing agents are of particular interest, but any experience in some of the above-mentioned sectors will also be hugely advantageous. Mostly, they are looking for someone who can knock doors, but is hugely long-term partnership focused.
