A leading insurance provider in London seeks an experienced UKI National Broker DM to manage crucial broker relationships. As a UKI National Broker DM, you will be working directly to the Head of Distribution but also with Segment and Product leadership whilst linking with the Regional Trading Teams to ensure Broker relationships fulfil their potential across the full range of Chubb propositions.
A key element will be ensuring the Chubb Broker proposition is compelling in an established and competitive broker segment.
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the aligned designated relationships are delivering the access to within appetite business and that robust execution processes are in place. This will include negotiation of broker agreements and facility arrangements and ensuring the wider relationship process remains on track.
A high level of rapport with the senior management of the brokers is integral to this role creating an effective bridge for the wider Chubb relationship.
