Responsabilités

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers and expand the customer base.
• Establish positive relationships with key stakeholders and ensure timely communication.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable transactions.
• Plan regular meetings with customers and prospects to maximise opportunities.
• Ensure administrative tasks for each account are accurate and complete.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Product Development & Supply Chain to tailor solutions and resolve complaints.
• Monitor and report on account performance, market trends and competitor activity.
• Lead joint business planning with key accounts to align growth objectives and promotional calendars.
• Support other reasonable management requests as needed.
