About the role

We are seeking a Temporary National Account Support Co-Ordinator to support our team. This role is expected to last 3 months. The ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude, a passion for delivering excellent customer service, and a willingness to go the extra mile for our customers.

You will be responsible for

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Compile and circulate specified customer reports as agreed
  • Support NAMs in managing menu changes, promotions, route changes, and system updates
  • Coordinate with internal departments as required
  • Communicate with clients, including franchisees, distributors, and restaurant managers
  • Assist NAMs in their daily client interactions
  • Cover support roles during absences, including export functions
  • Manage audit trail of critical documents like product sheets
  • Ensure phone coverage in team members' absence
  • Oversee new restaurant openings
  • Manage allocations and escalated customer service issues
  • Analyze key customer performance metrics
