National Account Manager - The Perfume Shop (Hybrid Working)

As a National Account Manager at The Perfume Shop, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our category specialist organization in both strategy and execution. We pride ourselves on recruiting and developing top talent to promote within as we continue to expand our team.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver productive market share growth for your retailer(s) and brands.
  • Act as the main interface between your retailer(s) and our portfolio of brands, ensuring aligned retail targets and financial goals.
  • Develop, agree, implement, and analyze an annual joint business plan with your retailers.
  • Collaborate with the Education and Retail Operations teams to deliver retail excellence.
  • Provide insights through weekly and monthly sales reports to drive business actions.
  • Manage new product launches end-to-end, ensuring excellent execution.
  • Build impactful retailer JBPs through cross-functional collaboration.

What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 4 years of wholesale management experience with full P&L responsibility within luxury consumer goods and retail.
  • Proven negotiation skills with a track record of securing increased investment.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate data into insights and actions.
  • High accountability, capable of working independently and within teams.
  • Experience in retail or field sales is beneficial.
  • Fluent in English at a near-native level.
