Overview of Your Role

Join Guardian as a National Account Manager, acting as a vital link for our strategic partners to enhance Guardian's visibility and market presence. Collaborate with our sales team to develop and implement marketing and sales strategies that drive growth, increase value, and elevate our brand. Your role includes developing annual marketing agreements, maintaining industry profiles, and representing Guardian at key partner events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Travel to our Reading and London offices, as well as nationwide visits to engage with strategic partners.
  • Create and execute innovative marketing and sales strategies to increase market share.
  • Design and manage annual marketing service agreements with key partners.
  • Attend industry events and deliver impactful sales presentations.
  • Organise and lead quarterly reviews with senior management at partner firms.
  • Build and nurture strong stakeholder and partner relationships.
  • Manage tender requests and panel positions to keep Guardian competitive.
  • Identify and mitigate distribution risks, analyze management information to inform sales strategies.
  • Advocate for Guardian's vision and values as a Guardian Champion.
