Job Description:

This is an opportunity to join a global leader in a growing food category. Their products are trusted by major retailers and foodservice brands alike.

In the UK, they're continuing to invest and grow. As part of that, they're looking to appoint a National Account Manager to lead and develop key relationships across their grocery retail customer base.

The role
  • Take ownership of a portfolio of national retail accounts, developing long-term partnerships and shaping strategies to increase market share, customer engagement, and product visibility.
  • This is a hands-on commercial role involving strategic planning and execution. Lead commercial negotiations, build customer-specific joint business plans, manage promotional activities, and collaborate with internal teams across supply chain and marketing to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Identify new opportunities, supported by an international product portfolio, and drive growth in your customer base with autonomy.
The ideal candidate

Experience in national account management within food or FMCG is preferred, especially with a passion for high-quality food products. A strong commercial track record, confident negotiation skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally are essential.

An analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to balance strategy with execution are important. If you've sold into major grocery retailers and seek more ownership, this role may be suitable.

Location: Head Office is in South East. The role is remote-based.

Package: £70,000 (including Car Allowance)
