Job Description:

This is an opportunity to join a global leader in a growing food category. Their products are trusted by major retailers and foodservice brands alike.

In the UK, they're continuing to invest and grow. As part of that, they're looking to appoint a National Account Manager to lead and develop key relationships across their grocery retail customer base.

The role

  • Take ownership of a portfolio of national retail accounts, developing long-term partnerships and shaping strategies to increase market share, customer engagement, and product visibility.
  • This is a hands-on commercial role - blending strategic planning with execution. Lead commercial negotiations, build customer-specific joint business plans, manage promotional activities, and work closely with internal teams across supply chain and marketing to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Identify new opportunities with the backing of an international product portfolio and drive growth in your customer base.

The ideal candidate

Experience in national account management within food or FMCG, with a passion for high-quality food products. Strong commercial track record, confident negotiation skills, and ability to work cross-functionally are essential.

An analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to balance strategy with delivery are important. If you've sold into major grocery retailers and seek more ownership, this could be your next role.

Location: Head Office in South East; role is remote-based.

Package: £70,000 (including £Car Allowance)
